Individual Purchase Policy

SHIPPING | Customer will be charged at checkout for cost of shipping. Customers receive tracking order numbers at the time of shipment, BD Designs is not responsible for lost items during transit.

DAMAGED ITEMS | If you believe an item is received damaged in transit or breaks (accidents happen!) within first week of item received, please notify BD Designs at bunnydolldesigns@gmail.com. Damaged item(s) must be shipped back to BD Designs and will be fixed/ mail returned by request at BD Designs expense. Other option is full refund to payment method once damaged item is shipped back to BD Designs within 30 days. Damaged or broken item must be notified via e-mail within 7 business days of order received.

RETURN | Items may be returned within a maximum of 30 days after order is received. Full refund to payment method is offered within 14 days of order received and store credit only afterwards up to 30 days. Items Return shipping cost is responsibility of the customer. Customized pieces are final sale. Items purchased at event or trunk show is store credit return only.

Wholesale Policy

SHIPPING | Please allow at least two week time period from order date for items to be shipped and received at standard rate of 14 business days. Shipping timeline and charges may vary for larger orders. Expedited shipping option and insurance coverage is available upon request to bunnydolldesigns@gmail.com or to wholesale representative. Cost of shipping is included when invoice is charged and will receive tracking number once sent.
DAMAGED ITEMS | BD Designs is not responsible for items lost in transit. If an item is received broken or damaged in transit, it will be fixed & returned by BD Designs if request is made to bunnydolldesigns@gmail.com within first 7 business days that order was received. Return shipping of damaged items will be covered by BD Designs.
RETURN POLICY | Full return to payment method is offered within first 14 business days of items being received. Return item shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
BUNNYDOLL SWAG! | Custom BunnyDoll signage is provided to customers who purchase $750 or more within a calendar year.
